So once again Norwich plays host to an assortment of painted artwork in the shape of dragons. Before now, we have seen elephants and gorillas situated across the fine city. Bit of a change of tactic with the dragons compared to more common animals used previously.
However the dragons have been made to support the ‘Summer of the Dragon’. The project has apparently taken 14 months to complete. Break charity have funded the project and it was headed by TV Presenter Jake Humphrey. The dragons are also accompanied by a castle and dragon themed fight set up in Riverside outside Odeon Cinema.
You can follow a trail around the city throughout the summer, in an attempt to find all of the dragons dotted across Norwich. Alongside the sculpture which is called Duelling Dragons (like my favourite ride in Harry Potter World, Orlanda!) and will remain for viewing for several months, whilst the dragon trail is open until September.
