As part of my get fit after my assignment stress binge, I am considering taking up Boxing.

It’s supposed to work wonders for fitness, with celebrities such as Ellie Goulding swearing by it. 

I’m having trouble figuring out how to go about it though. I don’t want to look at doing competitive boxing, more about learning the moves and the technique to incorporate as part of a workout.. 

But I’m not sure what I’m interested in would classify as a Boxercise class either, because that is more aerobics. I saw in the Boots Health and Beauty magazine some places in London that offer boxing fitness sessions but can’t seem to find much around this area.
